From a snowy city to a sandy beach

Aloha and welcome to Signature Sweets!

We've proudly been creating decadent foods and baked goods in Hawaii since 1994. 

​

I was raised and educated on the East Coast of the continental United States. I had the great opportunity of attending The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and the prestigious Cordon Bleu in Paris where I completed my formal culinary education. 

 

In search of warmer weather and palm trees, I moved to Hawaii. The islands have served as the perfect region to advance my skills. I was an apprentice in the bakeshops of Oahu's largest resorts and world-class restaurants, which include: Roy's Restaurants, The Kahala Hotel, The Royal Hawaiian and The Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Signature Sweets was created to serve the hotels and restaurants of Oahu. While many places have their own bakeshops, they are expensive to run and require well-trained bakers and special equipment. Signature Sweets simply moves the baking to the other end of the phone or computer. I, along with my team of highly professional bakers and chefs, would be happy to create something extraordinary for you and/or your customers.
